Needed to sell my home as it was more than I could manage anymore, but also needed to keep peace in the family with several including neighbor that wanted to buy but didn't come through. Brandon let us work through all this, work through refusing what was a too early bad offer, and at the right time quickly and relatively painlessly sell at a price I believe more than fair for the house.
